The royal decree published also affects the carrier regarding the receipt, delivery and maintenance of identification of shipments of waste.

Article 6 specifies that, before starting a shipment of waste, the operator must complete the identification, which provide the carrier to identify waste during shipment. Identification documents will be consistent with the provisions of the treatment contract.

Once the transfer made, the carrier shall give the identification document to the recipient of the waste. Both carrier and recipient information will incorporate its chronological archive and retain a copy of the identification document signed by the recipient in the record delivery of waste.

For its part, Article 2 defines the operator and the waste producer, in general, provided that the origin of the shipment is the place of production of the waste. So is the manager of the store or treatment facility, in the event that waste from other producers or holders are collected in a single vehicle and move to a warehouse or to a waste treatment facility.
