Made application for renewal of approval by Maritime Center, SL International Training, to impart courses Handling of Dangerous Goods to Dock and Terminal Operators Training courses and Handling of Dangerous Goods to the Port Components Organizations, view the documentation provided, and in accordance with the provisions of the Order of 30 May 1990 laying down the conditions of training for handling dangerous goods in ports of general interest ("BOE" number 134 is set of 5 June 1990),

The State Ports Authority Public resolved:

First.

Approval to extend the International Training Centre Maritime Ltd., to impart courses Handling of Dangerous Goods to Dock and Terminal Operators Training courses and Handling of Dangerous Goods to the Port Components Organizations.

Second.

This extension of approval shall be valid for two years from the date of signature and can be extended whenever it is requested by the International Maritime Training Centre Ltd., before the expiry date and continue to meet the requirements of the regulations.

Third.

Within a period not less than fifteen days before the conclusion of each course, International Maritime Training Centre, SL, will inform the State Public Ports Agency, via email, the dates of commencement and completion of the course to be taught; responsible for the course; number, name, identity and national identity of students; the place where it is to teach the course; the characteristics of the equipment material to be used; distribution of course content at the time of its development; the ratio of trainers and assessors accompanied corresponding course of professional curriculum, the qualifications and experience of those who have not participated in previous courses or not contained in the package. In case you are not available at the time of the list of names of students, this email will be forwarded to the State Ports as soon as possible and prior to the commencement of the course. Also, any change in the data cited, will be reported immediately email to State Ports when known.

Fourth.

International Maritime Training Centre Ltd., within fifteen days after course completion, forward the official record thereof to the State Ports with student data. This report must contain the name of each student, the number of national identity and qualifications obtained by students (pass / fail) and signature of responsible for the course with the approval of the Director of the center. The training center will issue and deliver to each student who has completed the course fit assessment a certificate which shall state that the student has completed the course with a satisfactory result of attendance and with suitable rating. Such certificate shall be signed by the Director of the center.

Quinto.

At the request of stakeholders, Maritime International Training Center, SL, you can submit these certificates to the State Ports for endorsement by the President of the State Ports.

Sixth.

Personnel involved in the courses should be covered by a comprehensive accident insurance that provides adequate coverage for the risks that may occur during the execution of the same.
