For these circumstances, Profepa determined as a security measure to impose the closure of the store and ordered urgent measures to promptly send the rest of the authorized hazardous waste treatment or disposal in accordance with the General Law for the Prevention and Integral management of Waste and its Regulations. 
Also, according to the Mexican Official Standard NOM-087-ECOL-SSA1-2002 established to give handling infectious biological hazardous waste. 
Profepa said it will point up the case and lift the sanctions until they are properly disposed of hazardous waste, attached to compliance with environmental regulations in this area.
