Transportes abre la convocatoria para el exámen de consejeros de seguridad
El consejero busca medios y promueve acciones que faciliten la ejecución de actividades de transporte de mercancías peligrosas y entre sus tareas está examinar el cumplimiento por parte de la empresa de las reglas aplicadas a esta actividad, identificar las mercancías peligrosas transportadas y valorar las necesidades específicas respecto a la adquisición de medios de transporte.
Asimismo, debe certificar que el personal implicado en la empresa ha recibido una formación adecuada para el tratamiento de las materias peligrosas, realizar acciones de sensibilización y aplicar los procedimientos de urgencia adecuados en caso de accidentes o incidentes.
Las solicitudes se presentarán de forma telemática o en registro de la Consellería de Infraestructuras y se deberá indicar el lugar de Comunitat Valenciana en el que se quiere realizar la prueba y si el candidato se presentará a una especialidad o al examen global.
En la última convocatoria del pasado mayo, se presentaron 186 aspirantes, de los cuales, 139 era para renovar su certificado (ya que tienen una validez de 5 años) y 47 para obtención del título, con un porcentaje de aprobados de 95,7 % y el 70,2 %, respectivamente.
En cuanto a un balance general del año 2013, llegaron a presentarse 178 candidatos, de los cuales un centenar era para la obtención del certificado y el resto para su renovación. Los porcentajes de aprobados en este año fue del 71 % en el primer caso y del 92,3 % para su renovación.
En el caso del certificado de aptitud profesional acreditativo de la cualificación inicial necesaria para la conducción de vehículos de las categorías C1, C1+E, C, C+E, D1, D1+E, D o D+E de mercancías o de viajeros por carretera, el plazo para presentar las solicitudes es del 20 de octubre al 7 de noviembre y el examen 22 de noviembre.
Los candidatos deberán presentar la documentación exclusivamente por vía telemática.
En cuanto al certificado de competencia profesional para el ejercicio de las actividades de transporte interior e internacional de mercancías y de viajeros se podrán presentar, bien de forma telemática o en registro de la Consellería de Infraestructuras.
